大鼠降鈣素原(PCT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E13419r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的PCT含量。PCT即降鈣素原，在細(xì)菌感染等引發(fā)的全身炎癥反應(yīng)中會(huì)顯著升高。作為一種新型炎癥標(biāo)志物。研究機(jī)制主要是在感染時(shí)，細(xì)菌內(nèi)毒素及炎性因子刺激其大量合成，可用于鑒別細(xì)菌與病毒感染、評(píng)估感染嚴(yán)重程度等。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，適用于體外實(shí)驗(yàn)中對(duì)不同來源樣本的PCT水平檢測(cè)。研究者可借助探索炎癥相關(guān)疾病的分子機(jī)制、細(xì)菌感染模型的動(dòng)態(tài)變化，或評(píng)估抗炎藥物、免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑的干預(yù)效果。可為感染免疫學(xué)、藥理學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的實(shí)驗(yàn)提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)支持。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
