OSM
OSM，全稱(chēng)為 Oncostatin M，是一種細(xì)胞因子，在調(diào)節(jié)炎癥和腫瘤等生理和病理功能中發(fā)揮重要作用。OSM蛋白主要由活化的巨噬細(xì)胞、腫瘤相關(guān)成纖維細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞、樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞和中性粒細(xì)胞等多種細(xì)胞合成和分泌。OSM蛋白通過(guò)與gp130細(xì)胞外細(xì)胞因子結(jié)合同源區(qū)結(jié)合，隨后招募LIFRβ形成I型受體復(fù)合物或OSMRβ形成II型受體復(fù)合物，激活多種信號(hào)通路，參與多種生理和病理功能，包括炎癥、腫瘤和肌肉萎縮等。OSM蛋白在肺部炎癥和腫瘤中發(fā)揮重要作用，例如在肺纖維化、哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病中，OSM蛋白參與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)蛋白沉積或分解代謝、細(xì)胞增殖和細(xì)胞存活等過(guò)程的調(diào)控。此外，OSM蛋白還與肺癌和惡病質(zhì)等疾病相關(guān)。目前，針對(duì)OSM蛋白通路藥物的臨床前研究取得了一定進(jìn)展，例如抗OSM抗體和納米抗體等，顯示出良好的治療效果，但尚無(wú)藥物獲批用于臨床疾病的治療。未來(lái)，OSM蛋白通路藥物有望成為治療肺部疾病和腫瘤等疾病的新選擇。

The Binding Activity of Human OSM with Anti-OSM Recombinant Antibody

IHC image of CSB-PA09694A0Rb diluted at 1:90 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
