HDAC3
HDAC3，即組蛋白去乙酰化酶3，別名HD3、Histone deacetylase 3、RPD3-2、SMAP45。它是一種由HDAC3基因編碼的酶，屬于I類組蛋白去乙酰化酶家族成員，在多種細胞類型中廣泛表達。HDAC3的作用機制主要是通過去除組蛋白和非組蛋白上的乙酰基團，調控染色質結構和基因表達，參與細胞增殖、分化、遷移和凋亡等過程。HDAC3參與調節多種細胞生命活動，包括細胞周期控制、細胞應激反應、代謝調控等。此外，HDAC3的功能異常與某些疾病有關，如癌癥、神經退行性疾病等，是藥物開發和疾病治療中的潛在靶點。

IHC image of CSB-RA906662A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
