    Rabbits were immunized with recombinant human ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX3X protein (2-662aa) to generate a polyclonal antibody that targets DDX3X. The resulting antibody was then purified to a level of greater than 95% purity using protein G affinity chromatography.

    This DDX3X polyclonal antibody can recognize and bind to DDX3X protein present in human, rat, and mouse samples. This DDX3X antibody has been thoroughly validated and is suitable for use in various applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, IF, and IP. As a result, this antibody can be used to evaluate DDX3X protein level as well as to localize and isolate it.
