USP4
USP4，即泛素特異性蛋白酶4，也稱為UNP、UNPH。USP4由人類USP4基因編碼，該基因定位于染色體3的3p21.31區域。USP4是一種去泛素化酶，屬于半胱氨酸蛋白酶家族，能夠從目標蛋白質上去除泛素化修飾，調節蛋白質的穩定性和功能。
USP4含有DUSP-UBL結構域和一個UBL插入催化結構域，與其同源蛋白USP11和USP15共享相同的結構域組織。USP4在多種細胞和生物學過程中發揮關鍵作用，包括維持內質網的操作保真度、調節細胞增殖和發育以及固有免疫的關鍵途徑。當USP4的表達或活性異常時，它與多種病理狀態的進展有關，尤其是癌癥。

IHC image of CSB-PA614393LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Immunofluorescence staining of U251 cells with CSB-PA614393LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
