UBAC1
UBAC1，即泛素激活酶E1A（UBA結(jié)構(gòu)域含蛋白1），別名GBDR1、KPC2、UBADC1。這是一種在人體細(xì)胞中表達(dá)的蛋白質(zhì)，屬于E3泛素連接酶復(fù)合體的非催化亞基。UBAC1的作用機(jī)制涉及其在KPC復(fù)合體中作為適配器的角色，促進(jìn)已被RNF123/KPC1多泛素化的目標(biāo)蛋白轉(zhuǎn)移到26S蛋白酶體進(jìn)行降解。此外，UBAC1還參與調(diào)節(jié)NF-κB信號(hào)通路，通過(guò)促進(jìn)NFKB1成分的成熟來(lái)發(fā)揮作用。UBAC1參與調(diào)控細(xì)胞周期、細(xì)胞分化、炎癥反應(yīng)等多種生物學(xué)過(guò)程。例如，UBAC1在人類(lèi)角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞中的TLR3信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)中通過(guò)與CARD14/CARMA2sh-TANK復(fù)合體的功能互作而發(fā)揮作用，影響NF-κB的激活能力。UBAC1的表達(dá)變化或功能異常與多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)，包括腫瘤、自身炎癥性疾病等。
