SIGLEC15
SIGLEC15,全稱唾液酸結合免疫球蛋白樣凝集素-15,是一種在腫瘤微環境中高表達的蛋白。它主要在多種腫瘤細胞和與腫瘤相關的巨噬細胞中表達,而在正常組織和免疫細胞中表達量很低。SIGLEC15具有與PD-L1類似的免疫調節功能,但兩者的表達是互斥的,這使其成為抗PD-1/PD-L1耐藥患者的一個潛在治療靶點。目前,first-in-class的anti-Siglec-15單克隆抗體NC318的初步臨床數據令人鼓舞,為對抗PD-1/PD-L1耐藥的腫瘤患者提供了新的治療選擇。此外,研究發現SIGLEC-15在原發性中樞神經系統淋巴瘤(PCNSL)患者預后生存期中與腫瘤周圍巨噬細胞的表達水平有顯著相關性,這可能為腫瘤患者預后制定/優化治療方案提供了可靠的參考。目前,ACROBiosystems自主開發了一系列Siglec-15蛋白,其生物活性經多種技術驗證,并獲得客戶良好反饋,為相關研究提供了有力支持。
