LECT2
LECT2，全稱為 Leukocyte Cell-Derived Chemotaxin 2，是一種分泌型蛋白，主要由肝細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，在肝與其他器官的相互作用中發(fā)揮重要作用。LECT2 蛋白除了具有趨化中性粒細(xì)胞的作用外，還與多種肝臟疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)，如急性肝炎、肝淀粉樣變性、非酒精性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、肝纖維化和肝細(xì)胞癌等。研究表明，LECT2 蛋白在肝細(xì)胞癌中具有抑癌作用，能夠抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖、遷移、侵襲和上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化等惡性行為，并抑制肝癌干細(xì)胞的自我更新和藥物外排功能。此外，LECT2 蛋白還參與調(diào)控血管生成，其表達(dá)水平與血管生成相關(guān)因子的水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。目前，針對 LECT2 蛋白的藥物研發(fā)尚處于起步階段，但已有研究表明，靶向 LECT2 蛋白的治療策略可能成為治療肝細(xì)胞癌和肝纖維化等疾病的新途徑。

IHC image of CSB-PA012855LA01HU diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
