DMPK
DMPK,即肌營養不良蛋白激酶,是一種關鍵的蛋白激酶,具有特定的結構域,包括催化域和調節域,這些結構域共同決定了其激酶活性和底物特異性。在功能上,DMPK通過磷酸化蛋白質底物來調節肌肉功能和其他生理活動,包括肌肉收縮、細胞增殖、分化以及凋亡等過程。當DMPK的表達或功能發生異常時,可能會引發多種疾病,特別是肌強直性營養不良癥,這是一種遺傳性肌肉疾病,表現為肌肉無力、肌強直和心肌功能障礙等癥狀。在信號通路上,DMPK與其他信號分子和蛋白質相互作用,共同構成復雜的信號網絡,涉及鈣離子信號通路、MAPK信號通路等,從而維持細胞穩態并應對外界刺激。

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA006968LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

IHC image of CSB-PA006968LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
