Cd40l
CD40L，全稱為CD40配體（CD154），是一種II型跨膜蛋白，主要由活化的CD4+ T淋巴細胞表達。它通過與廣泛表達的CD40受體結(jié)合，在B細胞的活化、分化、成熟和凋亡中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。CD40L還參與免疫反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)和維持，例如在生發(fā)中心反應(yīng)中促進抗體類別轉(zhuǎn)換，以及通過激活樹突細胞分泌IL-12，推動Th1型免疫應(yīng)答。此外，CD40L還與多種整合素結(jié)合，參與炎癥反應(yīng)和細胞因子分泌。CD40L的表達異常與高IgM綜合征等疾病相關(guān)。目前，針對CD40L的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在自身免疫性疾病和腫瘤領(lǐng)域，例如CD40L激動劑和拮抗劑，以及新型分子治療策略。一些CD40L拮抗劑已進入臨床試驗，并在系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、多發(fā)性硬化癥等疾病中顯示出療效。
