ATG2A
ATG2A,全稱是ATG2 autophagy related 2 homolog A,常見(jiàn)別名為Autophagy-related protein 2 homolog A或KIAA0404。該蛋白參與細(xì)胞自噬體的組裝過(guò)程,能夠調(diào)節(jié)新生自噬體的尺寸,并影響脂滴的形態(tài)和細(xì)胞內(nèi)的分布。在自噬過(guò)程中,ATG2A蛋白通過(guò)與ER出口位點(diǎn)(ERES)結(jié)合,將磷脂從膜源中提取并轉(zhuǎn)移到ATG9(ATG9A或ATG9B)上,從而促進(jìn)自噬體的膜擴(kuò)張。此外,ATG2A蛋白還參與調(diào)控細(xì)胞內(nèi)脂滴的形態(tài)和分布。研究表明,ATG2A蛋白在多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮重要作用,如癌癥、心血管疾病、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等。
